What do women want? I don't know, do you???

Women,Women, Women,Its your turn, now speak up and let me know. What is it that you want? You say you want man who loves the LordYet you pass me by (while jokingly calling me the church boy)You say want a man who's willing to listenYet you pass me byYou say you want a real man who's not afraid to love with his heartYet you pass me byYou claim you want a man who will not only love you but respect youYet and still you pass me.You claim that you want a man who loves you for more than your body.Yet you pass me byYou claim that you want a man who has perserveranceYet you pass me byYou profess you need man who is mannerableYet you still pass me byYou profess that you need a man that can comfort youYet you pass me byYou profess that you need a man that's reliableYet you pass meYou proclaim that you want a man who's not afraid to express his love for you publicalyYet and still you pass me byYou proclaim that you want a man who is genuinely charmingYet you pass me by.You proclaim that you want a man who compliments you well spiritually, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. Yet you pass me byYou declare that you have a desire for a man who can sing to you Yet and still you pass me byYou declare that you have a desire for a man who is willing to go the extra mile to understand youYet you pass me byYou declare that you have a desire for a man who will be good to YOU!Yet while you say, claim, profess, proclaim, and declare what you want, want need and desire you pass me by.Women, What is it that you want?

Excerpt from the song "No Pain , No gain" By: Betty Wright!!!

"There was an old lady sittin' under a treeShe called me over and she said to me“My days left here may not be longI wouldn't waste my time tellin' you nothin' wrongBut love is a flower that needs the sun and the rainA little bit of pleasure's worth a whole lot of painIf you learn this secret, how to forgiveA longer and better life you'll live" ~Betty Wright

Lord, Why Did You Make Me Black? By: by RuNett Nia Ebo

Lord, Lord,
Why did You make me Black? Why did You make someoneThe world wants to hold back?
Black is the color of dirty clothes; The color of grimy hands and feet.Black is the color of darkness; The color of tire-beaten streets.
Why did You give me thick lips,A broad nose and kinky hair? Why did You make me someoneWho receives the hatred stare?
Black is the color of the bruised eyeWhen someone gets hurt.Black is the color of darkness,Black is the color of dirt.
How come my bone structure's so thick; My hips and cheeks are high? How come my eyes are brownAnd not the color of the daylight sky?
Why do people think I'm useless? How come I feel so used? Why do some people see my skinAnd think I should be abused?
Lord, I just don't understand. What is it about my skin? Why do some people want to hate meAnd not know the person within?
Black is what people are "listed",When others want to keep them away.Black is the color of shadows cast.Black is the end of the day.
Lord, You know, my own people mistreat meAnd I know this just isn't right. They don't like my hair or the way I look. They say I'm too dark or too light.
Lord, don't You think it's timeFor You to make a change? Why don't You re-do creationAnd make everyone the same?
GOD ANSWERED
Why did I make you Black? Why did I make you Black?
Get off your knees and look around.Tell Me, what do you see?I didn't make you in the image of darkness,I made you in the Likeness of ME!
I made you the color of coalFrom which beautiful diamonds are formed.I made you the color of oil,The Black Gold that keeps people warm.
I made you from the rich, dark earthThat can grow the food you need.Your color's the same as the panther'sKnown for (HER) beauty and speed.
Your color's the same as the Black stallion,A majestic animal is he.I didn't make you in the Image of darkness.I made you in likeness of ME!
All the colors of a Heavenly RainbowCan be found throughout every nation; And when all of those colors were blended well,YOU BECAME MY GREATEST CREATION.
Your hair is the texture of lamb's wool.Such a humble, little creature is he.I am the Shepherd who watches them.I am the One who will watch over thee.
You are the color of midnight sky.I put the stars' glitter in your eyes. There is a smile hidden behind your pain. That's why your cheeks are so high.
You are the color of dark clouds formedWhen I send My strongest weather.I made your lips full so when you kissThe one that you love, they will remember.
Your stature is strong; your bone structure, thickTo withstand the burdens of time. The reflection you see in the mirror...The image looking back at you is MINE.

Inspired by the book of Genesis 1:26a and 27a&cAnd God said, Let us make man in Our image, after Our Likeness ... So God created man in His own image ... male and female created He them.

"Mrs. Obama" The political media'snew target!

Michelle Obama, wife of Senator Barack Obma, has now became a major topic in the political news Media. The question today today is, has the political media gone too far with targeting Mrs. Obama? If you've watched the news lately you will see that she is getting just as much news coverage as the Presidential canidates. A lot of public attention has been drawn to Michelle Obama because she's been 1 of the 2 most vocal spouses(the other being former President William J. Clinton) of the 2008 Presidential hopefuls. She caused a lot of attention when she made the statement "For the first time in my adult lifetime, I’m really proud of my country … not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change," she said. "I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction and just not feeling so alone in my frustration and disappointment"(CNN 2008). Many political media critics ate Michelle Obama for breakfast, lunch and dinner after her remarks. The Obama campaing did respond to the negative tention resulting from Mrs. Obama statement. Jen Psaki the Obama Campaign spokeswoman responded by saying "What she meant is that she’s really proud at this moment because for the first time in a long time, thousands of Americans who’ve never participated in politics before are coming out in record numbers to build a grassroots movement for change." Many crictic are still eating lunch on this one and you really can't blame them, she really did open the door for that one and the political media news critics took hold of the opportunity. When it come to the question of where the political news media has gone to far with focusing negative attention to Mrs. Barack Obama, you must take in to account situations such as FOX News refering to Mrs. Obama as Barack Obama's "BABY MAMA". Acts such as that are viewed as foul, and disrespectful, Mrs. Obama, is infact more than a a baby momma, she's his wife. Its clear that the title was meant for a joke playing along the facts of the ethnicity and racial background of the Obamas. When it comes the things such as refering to a candidate's wife as a "baby mama" you began to wonder if the media has gone too far? What's your opinion
